  • 300 gm Raw Mango (Keri)
  • 150 gm Jaggery
  • Rock salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  1. Boil the mango in water for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Peel off the skin and transfer all the pulp in a bowl.

  3. Add jaggery, rock salt and cardamom powder to the pulp.

  4. Blend everything using a hand bender until the jaggery is dissolved completely.

  5. Take 2 tbsp of this concentrate in a glass.

  6. Add chilled water and stir well.

  7. Kairicha panha or aam panna is ready.
