  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 cup Fresh Fenugreek Leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas frozen
  • 1 cup Fresh Cream
  • 5-6 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 15 Cashew Nuts
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Coriander-Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  1. Boil the fresh fenugreek leaves in water for 4-5 minutes.

  2. In a separate vessel boil onion, ginger, garlic, chillies and cashew nuts.

  3. Squeeze out all the water from the fenugreek leaves and keep it aside.

  4. Make a paste out of the boiled onion, ginger, garlic, chillies and cashews.

  5. Heat a saucepan and add oil and the paste and saute for 2 minutes.

  6. Add the precooked fenugreek leaves and saute for 2 more minutes.

  7. Then add the green peas, garam masala, salt, coriander-cumin powder and sugar.

  8. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.

  9. Add the milk and the fresh cream and bring it to a boil.

  10. Add dried fengreek leaves and mix an d let it boil for 2 minutes.

  11. Serve it hot with naan or paratha.
