- 100 ml Milk
- 2 Onion
- 1 cup Fresh Fenugreek Leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup Green Peas frozen
- 1 cup Fresh Cream
- 5-6 Garlic cloves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 3 Green Chillies
- 15 Cashew Nuts
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Coriander-Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Boil the fresh fenugreek leaves in water for 4-5 minutes.
In a separate vessel boil onion, ginger, garlic, chillies and cashew nuts.
Squeeze out all the water from the fenugreek leaves and keep it aside.
Make a paste out of the boiled onion, ginger, garlic, chillies and cashews.
Heat a saucepan and add oil and the paste and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the precooked fenugreek leaves and saute for 2 more minutes.
Then add the green peas, garam masala, salt, coriander-cumin powder and sugar.
Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Add the milk and the fresh cream and bring it to a boil.
Add dried fengreek leaves and mix an d let it boil for 2 minutes.
Serve it hot with naan or paratha.
