Ingredients
  • 3 cups Sabudana (Sago Pearl)
  • 3 Potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 1 1/2 Crushed Peanuts roasted and peeled
  • 1/2 cup Coconut freshly scraped
  • 5-6 Green Chillies chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • Coriander leaves chopped
Instructions
  1. Soak the sabudana in water for 5-6 hours.

  2. Cut the boiled potatoes in small pieces.

  3. Mix salt, sugar and ground peanuts to the sabudana and mix well.

  4. Add ghee to a wok.

  5. Once hot add cumin seeds and let it sputter.

  6. Add green chilli and potatoes and saute for 2 minutes.

  7. Add the sabudana mixture and mix well.

  8. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  9. Add scraped coconut and mix. Turn off the flame.

  10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

  11. Serve hot with yogurt.
