- 1 1/2 cup Sabudana
- 3 Potatoes boiled and peeled
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
- 3-4 Green chillies chopped
- 1/4 cup Ground Peanuts roasted and peeled
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- Ghee for frying
Mix together sabudana, mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, ground peanuts, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder and salt.
Mix until you can form a ball out of this mixture.
Make 1 cm thick Vadas.
Deep fry these vadas in ghee on both the sides for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
