  • 1 1/2 cup Sabudana
  • 3 Potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 3-4 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 cup Ground Peanuts roasted and peeled
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee for frying
  1. Mix together sabudana, mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, ground peanuts, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder and salt.

  2. Mix until you can form a ball out of this mixture.

  3. Make 1 cm thick Vadas.

  4. Deep fry these vadas in ghee on both the sides for 2-3 minutes. 

  5. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
